How to overcome shyness! Tips from us (kakabe)

As we all know , shyness is one of the most hardest thing to overcome for some people . Since it’s the most hardest thing to overcome , we are here to give you some tips!


1. Accepting ourselves.

We have to accept ourselves for who we are. We should start to understand our shyness, shyness is not about being introvert or not liking yourself its simply means that for some reason you will get embarrassed when the spotlight hits you.

2. Finding your own trigger. 

We have to start by figuring out our own triggers. As an example , own your own feelings by reminding yourself that it is OK! To feel whatever you’re feeling in that moment

3. Challenging ourselves. 

Challenge yourself by setting a bar bit high. As an example you can start by having a five minute chat with someone you don’t know very well.

4. Self talk 

  

Positive self talk is not easy for some people who is practicing to overcome their shyness. Start talking to yourself by looking in the mirror. Keep on telling yourself that you are doing great.

5. Practice your social skills

Communication is very important in our life. So we must practice our social skills so that it would be more easier for us. As an example, we can ask question and talk to any people.
